Sometimes when creating or finding a muse, you will get inspiration out of no where. Embrasse it.

As a marketing intern and creative individusal for a few years now, I have learned the most important lesson for accurate markating plan: always expect the unexpected.
Brandon Jenner
“Sometimes we let life guide us, and other times we take life by the horns. But one thing is for sure: no matter how organized we are, or how well we plan, we can always expect the unexpected.”
Whether the marketing job send formal, lengthy briefs, replete with numerous bad public relations or work morale, or whether events do not start at mandated start time, there are always surprises. A good marketing specialist must be ready to handle any situation that arises, with patience, flexibility and a good sense of humor. And, the participants in attendance must also exhibit these qualities to insure a successful outcome.

The #doritos campaign was surely a spectacle to see but had its own set of challenges. Editing and creating this plan was a challenge with everyone schedueling, work hours to create, and deciding how much I wanted to take directorial control. Overall I wanted each individual to be themselves. It worked out well and you can check more of the videos down below.
When expecting the unexpected, have sympathy for others
“Whenever you are about to find fault with someone, ask yourself the following question: What fault of mine most nearly resembles the one I am about to criticize?”
In learning to understand others, the reality is that most people act and react from ego center. In most conflicts, people act as mirrors for each other. The thing that most upsets us in another person is the thing we most detest in ourselves. Realizing this when we feel verbally or emotionally attacked helps us to process the other person’s words without taking in so much of the blame and negativity. At the same time, considering this before speaking can help to avoid conflict.
Final thougths
It's great to have a plan with whatever job you have but when you fail, embrace the crash. Failure is not the end but merely the beginning of learning. I am glad I took a risk when it came to creating fun marketing campaigns; as well as, having support from fellow co-workers to take risks.
