Ingredients
1 package “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
2 Teaspoon of garlic and onion powder
Peanut oil for frying
1 cup of Sugar
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
Spicey Version (optional)
1/2 cup of Corn and Green Peppers
1/2 cup of Tony's Creole Seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oil in deep fryer to 375°F.
Step 2
Test Seasoning on sweetness before added eggs and wet ingredients
Combine muffin mix, egg, milk, flour and sugar, Mix well.
Fridge overnight for best results of circular shape
Step 3
Drop by teaspoon into oil. Fry 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel
